These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Booking Assistant voice-AI reception platform at app.ainora.lt (the “Service”). By creating an account, connecting a calendar, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorised to bind that business.
1. Who we are
The Service is operated by Booking Assistant (“Booking Assistant”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at info@ainora.lt. Where Booking Assistant is provided through a partner or reseller, that partner may be your direct point of contact for billing and support; these Terms still govern your use of the underlying Service.
2. The Service
Booking Assistant provides AI voice agents that answer calls on a business’s behalf and can perform tasks such as taking messages, capturing leads, and — where the calendar integration is connected — checking availability and creating, rescheduling, or cancelling appointments. Features may be added, changed, or removed as the product evolves.
3. Accounts and eligibility
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and use the Service in compliance with all laws that apply to you and to the calls your agents handle.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- break the law, infringe others’ rights, or send unlawful, deceptive, or harassing communications;
- place or facilitate calls in violation of telemarketing, robocall, recording-consent, or do-not-call rules that apply to you;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure;
- upload malware or use the Service to build a competing product by scraping or bulk extraction.
You are responsible for the configuration of your agents, including any greeting, disclosures, and the business information they rely on, and for meeting any legal obligation to disclose call recording or AI use to callers.
5. Calendar integration and third-party services
If you connect a Google or Microsoft calendar, you authorise Booking Assistant to access that calendar solely to check availability and to create, reschedule, and cancel appointment events on the connected business’s behalf, using the narrowest calendar-only scope each provider offers. Your use of Google and Microsoft services remains subject to their own terms. You can disconnect at any time from Integrations → Calendar; how we handle and revoke calendar tokens is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Customer data and privacy
For calendar data and operational call records, Booking Assistant acts as a processor on behalf of the connected business, which controls its own data. How we process, store, and protect data — including encryption of secrets at rest and per-tenant isolation — is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
7. Fees and billing
Where the Service or specific usage (such as phone numbers, minutes, or per-call charges) is paid, fees are those presented to you or agreed with your partner/reseller. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Non-payment may result in suspension of the Service.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform maintenance, and we may modify or discontinue features. Telephony and calendar functionality also depend on third-party providers whose availability is outside our control.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated here, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI agents can make mistakes; you are responsible for reviewing outcomes that matter to your business, including bookings made on your calendar.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Booking Assistant will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates legal or security risk. On termination, calendar connections are disconnected and the stored refresh token is invalidated as described in the Privacy Policy; appointment events already written to your calendar remain there and are managed by you.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of Lithuania will have jurisdiction, unless a different mandatory jurisdiction applies to you as a consumer.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the product and legal requirements evolve. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “last updated” date; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
